Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026 — Generic template, pending JBJR Productions legal review.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JBJR Productions premium video platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a transactional video-on-demand (TVOD) platform that allows you to rent individual films for a specified period. There is no subscription. Each rental grants you a time-limited license to stream the rented film through the JBJR Productions Watch page.

3. Rentals & Access Codes

Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique access code by email. Your rental window begins when you first redeem the code on the Watch page. The window length is shown at checkout. Unredeemed codes expire 30 days after issuance.

4. Permitted Use

You may stream rented films for personal, non-commercial use during your rental window, on up to two devices simultaneously. You may not download, copy, redistribute, share access codes, or attempt to circumvent any technical access controls.

5. Payment & Taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All films, trailers, posters, and related content remain the property of JBJR Productions and its licensors. Your rental confers a limited viewing license, not ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBJR Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have an active rental.
